Lindsay Tiscia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, dedicated to helping children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigate their emotional world. Lindsay is intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and DBT-Prolonged Exposure for PTSD. DBT is a mindfulness-based therapy model designed to teach people to cope with stress, regulate emotions, and improve relationships with others. Lindsay brings to her practice a systemic and holistic approach, to empower her clients to live a fulfilling and balanced life.

After receiving her undergraduate degree in Creative Arts Therapy from Endicott College, Lindsay completed her graduate degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University. Lindsay has over 8 years experience working in intensive outpatient and in-home programs. In addition, she is also well versed in educational settings having served as a school social worker in Fairfield County.

Lindsay Tiscia believes that change happens when people are given the guidance and validation they need to draw on their own strengths to realize their potential to live a life worth living.
