Laura Schacter is a Behavioral and Yoga Therapist, passionate and devoted to helping adults and adolescents find a peaceful path to a greater quality of life through the application of yoga, meditation, and coping skills. She is intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and works with those struggling with a variety of issues, such as: eating disorders, anxiety, depression, emotional instability, personality disorders, body image, chronic pain, addiction, and any self-harming problem behaviors.
Laura Schacter believes in treating the “whole person”, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. She believes in meeting clients at the point where they are and working collaboratively from that place, toward peace.
