Alexandra Fernandez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with children, adolescents and families. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fairfield University, Alexandra completed her Master of Social Work degree from New York University.
Alexandra is deeply committed to helping individuals and families effectively navigate their emotional experience. Intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Alexandra works with those struggling with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, self-harming behavior, eating disorders, high functioning autism, and personality disorders. Prior to working at The Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Health, Alexandra worked in a variety of roles at Silver Hill Hospital.
